How We Started Industry
-2024-
On February 18th, the first large-scale 6T electro-hydraulic hammer in the industry settled in the 5C workshop. The company’s production process has been extended to the production of round steel bars. As a supporting 3T electro-hydraulic hammer, it collaborates with it, bidding farewell to the history of outsourcing processing for large and ultra large drill blanks, and also taking a big step towards the research and development and production of high-end drilling tools. Good news came one after another, and the second phase of the expanded comprehensive building was completed and fully put into use. The company’s office, accommodation, dining, parking, and cultural environment have greatly improved, making the company more beautiful and the enterprise more prosperous. The second new factory building of New KingKong has completed the construction of a heavy-duty drill rod workshop. On August 6th, the first batch of products in the heavy-duty drill rod production workshop was produced and officially put into market use. As of now, “KingKong” has obtained nearly 20 various technology patents, and has been awarded dozens of honorary titles such as “National High tech Enterprise” and “China’s Little Giant Enterprise”. In the current uncertain market environment, the company is forging ahead, constantly exploring, and confidently heading towards a better future!

On April 18th, the construction of the over 3000 square meter 5C workshop for forging round steel officially began. At the end of June, Henan New KingKong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of “KingKong”, actively cooperated with the government’s “vacating cages for birds” plan due to the excellent business environment and strong support of the park government. Through investment attraction, it purchased stagnant assets covering an area of 88 acres in the park again and rooted itself in the Pingjiang High tech Zone. The project plans to invest 150 million yuan, and “Henan New KingKong” will become sister enterprises with complementary advantages. In future operations and production, corresponding support and complementary advantages will be provided, like two wings, allowing “KingKong” and “Henan New KingKong” products to “set sail and go global”.

All workshops were completed and put into use on June 11th and 12th. To meet the urgent situation of accommodation, dining, parking, and office space brought about by the rapid increase in the number of employees, on October 18th, the company plans to build a new comprehensive building of 15500 square meters with nine floors, an elevator, an underground garage, a cafeteria, an office, and dormitories, which will officially start construction.

KingKong drilling tools made their debut at the BMW exhibition in Germany. The world-renowned engineering machinery industry event, the BMW exhibition bauma 2019 in Germany, grandly opened in Munich. As a manufacturer of downhole drilling tools, we participated in the exhibition with 5 independently developed downhole drill bits. During the one week exhibition, we showcased our company’s production and development innovation achievements to 600000 professional visitors, showcasing the strength of Chinese manufacturing to the world.

KingKong completed the second phase expansion with high speed and quality. After successful expansion, the company covers a total area of approximately 110000 square meters, with ten high standard factories, two employee dormitories, one office building, one employee cafeteria, one worker cultural and sports center, and one expert building. At the same time, KingKong is increasing its deep cooperation with research institutes to achieve a significant increase in industrial scale.

The second phase of KingKong will be expanded again, with the purchase of nearly 100 acres of land, the construction of five high standard factory buildings, one expert building, and one worker cultural and sports center, along with the introduction of a large number of supporting equipment.
